Terry Jones: “I remember Mike reading out the Mr Creasote sketch, which was from The Meaning Of Life. It’s the sketch about the big fat man who’s throwing up at the restaurant. I think it was just after lunch, actually, when Mike read it out. And nobody thought it was funny in the group, It just went into the bottom of the pile. And then about a month later John rang me up and said: ‘Oh hello, little plum. You know that Mr Creasote sketch? I think it would be quite funny.’ I think what John had realised was that the waiter was the funniest part.”*laughs*
